מדיניות פרטיות
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Account Data
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address to create and operate your account.
2. Eligibility Profile
We collect your country, currency, devices, student status, family-plan interest, previously used trials, and excluded/preferred providers. This is necessary to determine which offers you are eligible for (legal basis: contract and legitimate interests).
3. Searches, Routes and Payments
We store your search intents, the Routes built for you, and payment records (processed by our payment provider). Payment records are necessary to fulfil your purchase (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).
4. Notifications and Usage Logs
We store notification preferences and security/usage logs (including session device labels) to operate reminders and protect the service (legal basis: legitimate interests).
5. AI Processing
We may process your search text with automated tools to interpret intent. We do not use AI to make eligibility or pricing decisions that deterministic code can make.
6. Third-Party Processors
We use third-party processors for authentication (Google), payments (our payment provider), and infrastructure. These processors process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
7. Cookies and Storage
We use secure session storage and local storage necessary to operate the service. We do not place authentication tokens in URLs.
8. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, tax or security obligations. You may request deletion at any time from your Profile.
9. Security
We use secure, server-side session management. Authentication state is never transferable by copying a URL. Ownership of records is enforced server-side on every request.
10. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards where required.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your data, and to object. To exercise these rights, use the deletion option in your Profile or contact [privacy contact placeholder].
12. Marketing
Marketing communications require your separate, opt-in consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
13. Children
Trialvia is not directed at children under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
14. Policy Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated, and where consent is required we will seek it.
