1. The Service
Trialvia is an information, recommendation and management service. We help you discover legitimate free trials, introductory offers and promotional periods, build a personalized sequence (a “Route”) of those offers, and manage that Route over time. Third-party promotions are controlled by third parties, not by Trialvia.
2. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee the availability of any offer, that you will be eligible for any offer, or that you will achieve any particular savings. Savings figures are estimates based on information available at the time your Route is built. Offers can change or expire, and provider pricing can change at any time. Routes may contain clearly labelled options with unconfirmed country availability. Known country exclusions remain enforced. You may skip to the next available subscription after purchase; doing so does not cancel subscriptions with providers.
3. Your Responsibilities
You must review the terms of each third-party provider before signing up. Free trials may auto-renew into paid subscriptions. Unless Trialvia explicitly offers a cancellation feature, you are responsible for cancelling any subscription you no longer want. Reminders provided by Trialvia are a convenience and are not guaranteed; they do not constitute cancellation on your behalf.
4. AI and Accuracy
Trialvia may use automated tools to interpret intent and extract offer information. AI can make mistakes. You should always verify offer details on the provider's official page before acting.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: engage in illegal promotional abuse; create fake identities; abuse multiple accounts to repeatedly access the same promotional offer; scrape or systematically access Trialvia; resell or systematically redistribute Routes or Route content; or share your account credentials. Access is personal and non-transferable.
6. Finder's Fee and Payments
התשלום ל-Trialvia הוא עבור תכנון וניהול המסלול, ולא עבור הטבות או מנויים של ספקים חיצוניים. התשלום החד-פעמי ותקופת הניהול מוצגים לפני התשלום. התשלום מחושב מתוך חיסכון משוער; החיסכון וקבלת ההטבות אינם מובטחים. השירות מתחיל לאחר אישור התשלום.
7. Refunds
אין החזרים לפי שיקול דעת עבור שירות ניהול המסלול שסופק. אי-זמינות או אי-זכאות להטבה בודדת אינן מקנות כשלעצמן החזר לפי שיקול דעת. זכויות צרכניות מחייבות ותנאי הרכישה ומדיניות ההחזרים של Paddle נשמרים. לבחינה פרטנית על ידי הבעלים: trialvia.app@gmail.com; חריגה תישקל אך אינה מובטחת. גרסה 2.0 חלה על רכישות חדשות שאושרה עבורן המדיניות מ-18 בספטמבר 2026 ואינה שוללת זכויות של רכישות קודמות.
8. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual Property
The Trialvia service, brand, software and Route methodology are owned by Trialvia. Third-party trademarks displayed on the service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
10. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trialvia's liability is limited to the Finder's Fee you paid for the relevant Route. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts and omissions of third-party providers.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access where there is credible evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms. We do not permanently ban users solely on the basis of an automated risk score without human review.
